隐私政策
1. 零数据收集承诺
SelfCook 坚定贯彻“隐私优先（Privacy First）”的设计理念。本应用不设用户注册与账号体系，不收集您的手机号、设备唯一标识、地理位置或网络行为数据，也不含任何统计分析、广告或崩溃上报 SDK。
2. 照片与相机权限
只有在您主动拍照时，应用才会申请相机权限。从相册选图完全通过系统提供的选择器完成：应用既不申请、也无法获得相册访问权限，系统只会把您当场选中的那几张图片交给应用，相册中的其它照片应用无从读取。您选取的照片仅保存在本机应用沙盒目录，绝不上传至任何云端服务器。
3. 第三方共享
本应用不内置任何第三方数据统计分析 SDK 或商业广告追踪 SDK，也不会向任何第三方出售、共享或转让您的信息。
4. 数据迁移安全
当您主动导出全量备份时，应用会将本地菜谱、食光记录、相关照片和未完成草稿打包为私有 .cook 文件；单道菜谱分享只包含所选菜谱。文件由您自行存储或传阅，传输过程由本地系统掌控，应用不会留存传输记录。
5. 未成年人保护
本应用不面向 14 周岁以下儿童收集个人信息。由于应用本身不收集任何个人信息，儿童在监护人指导下使用不会产生个人信息外泄的风险。

Privacy Policy
1. Zero Data Collection
SelfCook strictly follows a "Privacy First" principle. The app has no user accounts and collects no personal data, device identifiers, location, or network usage; it ships no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs either.
2. Camera & Photo Access
The camera permission is requested only when you take a photo yourself. Picking from the photo library goes entirely through the system picker: the app neither requests nor receives photo library access, the system hands over only the images you select in that moment, and the app cannot read anything else in your library. Chosen photos are saved only inside the app sandbox on this device and are never uploaded anywhere.
3. Third-Party Sharing
The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and never sells, shares, or transfers your information to anyone.
4. Backup & Data Transfer
A full backup packs your recipes, journal entries, related photos, and unfinished drafts into a private .cook file. Sharing one recipe includes only that recipe. You choose where to store or send the file; your device handles the transfer, and the app keeps no transfer record.
5. Children
The app does not collect personal information from children under 14. Since it collects no personal information at all, using it under a guardian's guidance carries no risk of personal data disclosure.
