1. 导言与服务说明
欢迎使用 SelfCook。SelfCook 是一款个人离线菜谱记录与烹饪助手软件，旨在帮助您记录烹饪习惯、食材搭配与心得。
2. 数据归属与权责
您在 SelfCook 中录入的所有菜谱名称、配料用量、烹饪步骤及拍摄/上传的照片，其完整所有权与控制权均属于您本人。本应用不设立云端审核机制，亦不占有您的任何原创内容；应用自身的界面、图标与程序代码版权归开发者所有。
3. 本地存储与备份
本应用采用纯本地沙盒存储机制，不会把您的菜谱与照片上传至任何服务器。由于数据只保存在本机，建议您定期使用应用内置的“一键导出全量备份”功能进行备份，以便换机或重装后恢复。
4. 免责声明与责任限制
本应用按“现状”提供。我们会尽力保证其稳定可用，但不对服务的不中断或无差错作出担保。在法律允许的范围内，因您主动卸载应用、设备损坏或系统清理且未按上述建议做外部备份而导致的数据遗失，以及因使用本应用产生的间接损失，开发者不承担赔偿责任。
5. 服务终止与更新
开发者有权在必要时更新本软件版本或调整功能架构。在遵守适用法律的前提下，协议条款的变更将随应用更新向用户公示；若您不同意变更后的条款，可停止使用并卸载本应用。

1. Introduction & Service
Welcome to SelfCook, a personal offline recipe notebook and cooking assistant designed to help you organize cooking habits, ingredients, and techniques.
2. Ownership & Rights
All recipe names, ingredients, steps, and photos you enter in SelfCook remain solely and exclusively yours. The app does not operate any cloud moderation and claims no ownership over your original content. The interface, icons, and code of the app itself belong to the developer.
3. Local Storage & Backups
The app keeps everything in the local device sandbox and never uploads your recipes or photos to any server. Since the data lives only on this device, please export a full backup regularly so you can restore it after switching devices or reinstalling.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss caused by uninstalling the app, device damage, or system cleanup without an external backup as recommended above, nor for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
5. Updates & Changes
The developer may update the app or adjust its features as needed. Changes to these terms will be announced along with app updates, in accordance with applicable laws; if you disagree with the revised terms, you may stop using the app and uninstall it.
