1. 使用与确认
Seek 是无需注册或登录的实时语音频道应用。点击“同意并继续”，表示您同意本用户协议，并已阅读隐私政策。不同意时，请勿进入频道。协议发生需要重新确认的重要变更时，我们会展示更新后的协议供您重新确认。
2. 匿名身份与频道
Seek 使用随机生成的匿名标识和设备凭证维持身份，不要求提供真实姓名、手机号或邮箱。匿名不代表可以逃避行为规范。凭证可能由系统安全存储保留，卸载不保证重置身份。四位数字频道并非加密私密房间；知道或输入相同数字的其他用户也可能加入。请勿在频道中透露敏感信息。
3. 对不当内容与滥用行为零容忍
本规则适用于所有频道、语音、昵称及其他用户内容。禁止色情或淫秽内容、涉及未成年人的性剥削、骚扰、辱骂、仇恨或歧视、威胁或煽动暴力、诈骗、泄露他人隐私，以及违法内容、垃圾信息和恶意干扰。Seek 对令人反感的内容和实施滥用行为的用户持零容忍态度。您须对自己发布的内容负责，不得冒充他人或规避服务限制。
4. 违规处理与联系
开发者可依据违规事实发出提醒、移出频道或限时封禁。昵称会按规则检查，不符合规则的昵称可能被拒绝，或在连接服务时替换为默认昵称；规则检查不能识别所有不当表达。实时语音不录制、不转写，也无法撤回已被他人听到的声音。
遇到不当行为，可举报、屏蔽对方、切换频道或完全退出应用，并通过 seekapp@163.com 联系我们，说明频道、发生时间和相关情况。开启后台接收语音时，仅切到后台不等于停止收听。
可在普通频道成员列表、公共频道最近发言人列表或当前发言人菜单中屏蔽对方，并在设置中的“已屏蔽的用户”解除。屏蔽按匿名 UID 生效，停止您接收对方在所有频道的语音，不会禁止对方发言或收听，也不等同于全平台封禁。实时语音不提供历史回放，我们不会要求您为了反馈而录制所有通话。
5. 服务与安全
语音和位置服务依赖网络、设备及系统权限，可能中断或出现误差。Seek 不可替代报警、急救或其他紧急通信服务。您应在安全的环境中使用，遵守适用法律并尊重其他用户的隐私与权利。本协议不排除适用法律赋予您的不可放弃的权利，也不免除开发者依法应承担的责任。
6. Apple 设备与许可
通过 App Store 获取 Seek 时，应用许可适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）；本协议补充约定 Seek 的使用与内容规范。Seek 服务及其支持由开发者提供，Apple 不负责本应用中的用户内容或开发者的服务义务。
7. 隐私与联系方式
我们按隐私政策处理提供服务所需的信息，并保存您的匿名标识、同意的文档版本及服务器记录的同意时间。如对本协议、内容问题或服务有疑问，请联系 seekapp@163.com。
8. 举报与申诉
如遇不当行为，您可通过“举报”提交反馈。举报成功后将自动屏蔽对方，停止接收其语音。请如实说明相关情况。
我们会审阅举报，并根据具体情况决定处置措施，包括提醒、移出频道或限时封禁。
您可在“通知与申诉”查看处理通知；如有异议，可提交申诉。

1. Use and acceptance
Seek is a live voice channel app that requires no registration or login. Tapping “Agree and Continue” means you agree to these Terms of Use and have read the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not enter a channel. When material changes require renewed acceptance, we will present the updated terms for you to confirm.
2. Anonymous identity and channels
Seek uses a randomly generated anonymous identifier and device credential to maintain your identity, without requiring your real name, phone number or email. Anonymity does not exempt you from the conduct rules. The operating system may retain credentials in secure storage; uninstalling does not guarantee an identity reset. Four-digit channels are not private, access-controlled rooms. Other people who know or enter the same number may join. Do not disclose sensitive information in channels.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
These rules apply to all channels, voice, nicknames and other user content. Pornographic or obscene content, sexual exploitation of minors, harassment, abuse, hatred or discrimination, threats or incitement to violence, fraud, disclosure of others’ private information, unlawful content, spam and deliberate disruption are prohibited. Seek has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You are responsible for the content you publish and must not impersonate others or evade service restrictions.
4. Enforcement and contact
Depending on the violation, the developer may issue a reminder, remove a user from a channel or impose a temporary suspension. Nicknames are checked against rules; a rejected nickname may be refused or replaced with a default nickname when connecting to the service. These checks cannot identify every inappropriate expression. Live voice is neither recorded nor transcribed, and audio already heard by others cannot be recalled.
If you encounter abuse, report or block the person, switch channels or fully exit the app. You can also contact seekapp@163.com with the channel, time and relevant details. Moving the app to the background does not stop listening when background voice reception is enabled.
You can block someone from an ordinary channel member list, a public channel’s recent speakers, or the current speaker’s menu, and unblock them in Settings > Blocked Users. Blocking follows the anonymous UID and stops you receiving that person’s voice in all channels. It does not prevent them from speaking or listening and is not a platform-wide ban. Live voice has no history playback, and we do not require you to record all conversations to provide feedback.
5. Service and safety
Voice and location depend on connectivity, devices and system permissions and may be interrupted or inaccurate. Seek is not a substitute for police, medical or other emergency communications. Use it safely, comply with applicable law and respect others’ privacy and rights. These terms do not exclude non-waivable rights or the developer’s responsibilities under applicable law.
6. Apple devices and license
For Seek obtained through the App Store, the application license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These terms additionally govern Seek’s service and user conduct. The developer provides the service and support; Apple is not responsible for user content in Seek or the developer’s service obligations.
7. Privacy and contact
We process information needed to provide Seek as described in the Privacy Policy and retain your anonymous identifier, the document version accepted and the acceptance time recorded by our server. For questions about these terms, content or the service, contact seekapp@163.com.
8. Reporting and appeals
If you encounter inappropriate behavior, select “Report” to submit feedback. After successful submission, that person is blocked automatically and you stop receiving their audio. Please describe what happened accurately.
We review reports and decide on appropriate action based on the circumstances, which may include a reminder, removal from a channel or temporary suspension.
You can view moderation notices under “Notices & appeals” and submit an appeal if you disagree with a decision.
